Improve your photography skills in this small group bluebell workshop.
- 35 British pounds£35
Part of a new 'Photographing Tonbridge' series and aimed at beginners to intermediate level, this evening spent amongst the bluebells will teach you how best to photograph these delicate flowers regardless of camera and experience. Throughout this relaxed session, Emma will be on hand to help you compose your images using different story-telling techniques, guide you to use the light effectively and set some mini-challenges to complete on route. An optional image group review session will be available for a small cost at a later date (to be confirmed) where we will look at your images from the session, select your favourite photos and edit them using professional editing software. Please indicate on the booking form if you would be interested in attending this. Location: Tonbridge - exact location will be provided upon booking. There is a 10-15 minute walk from the car park to the start of the bluebell walk. We will aim to meet at 17.45 to allow for this. Fitness Level: Easy- Medium - the woodland contains some mild to moderate inclines. Equipment Required: Any camera is suitable. If you do own a camera where you can change lenses it is recommended that you bring any lenses you own, from wide angle to telephoto. A macro lens or macro adapter would be useful if you want to get really close up to the flowers for more intimate shots but is not essential. Please note that Emma is a Canon user and although she will be able to help with your camera settings, it will be a basic understanding of your own camera menus will be helpful. A tripod could be useful as the light dips at the end of the session, but not essential. No drones are permitted on the workshop. Current COVID guidance will be adhered to at all times (please see the Booking Terms and Conditions on the Booking form for more details and cancellation policy).
